Shipping

Order Fulfillment

• Shipments leave on business days only: Monday through Friday.
• Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled by the following Tuesday.

Follow your shipment online

• The customer will receive an email with the code (tracking number) provided by GLS, which will allow them to check the progress of their shipment at any time.

Delivery time

• Delivery time varies according to the target areas of the products.

Italy: delivery is tentatively expected within three working days from the date of shipment

European Union Countries: Delivery is tentatively expected within four working days from the date of shipment.
