PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, are processed the same day if placed before 1:00 p.m., or the following working day if placed after this time or if one of the products is not available in the warehouse. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday are processed the following Monday. CENTRAL SOUTH ITALY: 24/48 hours
SARDINIA AND MINOR ISLANDS: 48/72 hours
(Sardinia - Sicily - Venice - smaller islands and mountain locations that are difficult to reach)

NB MISSED APPOINTMENT WITH THE COURIER
The Gls courier will contact the customer/buyer to set the delivery date and time. Once this is done, in the event that the customer is not available for any reason, Gls will arrange a new appointment.
If the customer is again unavailable for the new agreed date, he/she can collect his/her order free of charge within 7 days at the nearest Gls branch.
After 7 days the customer will have to pay the shipping costs again.
