Terms of sale
These general conditions may be updated or modified at any time by the supplier, who will provide notice through the appropriate channels of communication to customers. The consumer undertakes, whenever there is a change in these general conditions, to ensure that they are printed and preserved.
SUBJECTS OF THE CONTRACT
- Supplier (hereinafter also referred to as onceperfume.com): the company Dremar Parfum International Srl, located at Via Boscofangone snc - Interporto Campano Lotto D1 - Modules 235/236 - 80035 Nola (NA) - PI:07160081217
- Customer: the person identified by the data entered at registration or first purchase
OBJECT OF THE ONLINE CONTRACT AND ITS DEFINITION
"Online" sales contract means the distance contract and that is the legal transaction having as its object movable goods and/or services entered into between a supplier, onceperfume.com, and a consumer and/or customer within the framework of a distance sales system organized by the supplier who, for this contract, employs exclusively the distance communication technology called "internet". All contracts, therefore, will be concluded directly through access by the consumer and/or customer to the website corresponding to the address www.onceperfume.com, where, following the appropriate procedures, will come to conclude the contract for the purchase of the good. The supplier may discretionally request from the consumer and/or customer a confirmation of the order placed.Consumer means any natural person who, in contracts for the sale of consumer goods, acts for purposes unrelated to the business activity, if any.
MODE OF DELIVERY
For every order placed on onceperfume.com, Dremar Parfum International Srl will issue a fiscal receipt or, for customers who have and have entered their VAT number in their personal data, an invoice for the material shipped, also sending it by e-mail to the holder of the order, in accordance with art 14 D.P.R. 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice shall be based on the information provided by the Customer when placing the order. No change in the invoice will be possible, after the issuance of the same nor will it be possible to issue an invoice after the order to Customers who have not provided their VAT number at the time of the order.
Dremar Parfum International Srl will process the order within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Shipping will be via GLS express courier that will deliver the goods within the next 24 hours (48 hours for islands and remote or difficult to reach areas).
Dremar Parfum International Srl assumes no responsibility for any delays caused by the courier company.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to and in accordance with Art. 64 et seq. D. Lgs. n.206/05 the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, without penalty and without specifying the reason.
The Customer should follow the following simple procedure:
1) Send Right of Withdrawal request by a simple Mail to the site manager at the address within 10 working days after receipt of the goods and in case of problems contact +39 0817590289
2) Arrange, using a courier of your choice, to ship the product to Dremar Parfum International Srl - Via Boscofangone snc - Interporto Campano Lotto D1 - Moduli 235/236 - 80035 Nola (NA) - carefully packed in the original packaging by inserting inside it a copy of the Authorization email received as a response from the Manager of ONCE Perfume.
Dremar Parfum International Srl will, by bank transfer, refund the cost indicated in the purchase order including the initial shipping costs (shipping costs incurred by the customer to return the goods will not be refunded), within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
It will not be possible to apply the right of withdrawal if the returned product is not intact, meaning any damage not due to transport (lack of original packaging, absence of integral parts of the product, etc.).
DISCOUNTS AND VOUCHERS.
Discounts cannot be combined per single order.
The company may decide not to issue the voucher unilaterally in case of suspected irregularities.
