TURNAROUND TIME:
Orders received Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, are processed the same day if placed by 1:00 p.m., or the following business day if placed after that time or if one of the products is not available in the warehouses. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday are processed the following Monday. SOUTH CENTRAL ITALY: 24/48 hours
SARDINIA AND MINOR ISLANDS: 48/72 hours
( Sardinia -Sicily -Venice -minor islands and mountain locations that are difficult to reach)

N.B. MISSED APPOINTMENT WITH THE COURIER COMPANY
Gls courier will contact the customer/purchaser to arrange delivery date and time. Having done so, if the customer is not available for any reason, Gls will arrange a new appointment.
If the customer is again unavailable for the new agreed date, they can pick up their order free of charge within 7 days at the nearest Gls location.
After the 7 days have elapsed, the customer will have to bear the shipping costs again.
